We’re counting down the days until our McCord’s Ferry Grand Opening Celebration, and we want you to get in on all the Lake Marion fun! Join us on Saturday, April 23, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Sunday, April 24, from 12 to 3 p.m. to help us celebrate this major milestone for our 678-acre, master-planned lakefront community. 

There’s never been a better opportunity to explore the nature and beauty of our all-new development! This two-day celebration will feature fun for the whole family, including music, hot dogs, hamburgers and barbecue. Tours of three newly constructed model homes will be available. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet with professional design consultants in our community’s home design center.

The grand opening will be held at McCord’s Ferry, located at 122 Twisted Oak Trail in Elloree, SC, and is free and open to the public. We can’t wait to see you there!
